Dogfight City Demo - After you launch the Dogfight City demo, you will be situated in an observation tent on one end of the runway. To get started flying, select "Takeoff Practice" from the Takeoff/Landing Practice menu. This will put you in a Spitfire, ready to take off. You are in the 'Pause' mode whenever the menu line is visible. To enter the active mode, click in the middle of the screen. The cursor will switch to a little black dot. Then use the "=" key to throttle up. (There are 6 positions, when you have entered full throttle, the manifold pressure [upper far right gauge] will read about 68 pounds.) Use the mouse (or joystick) in the usual manner. (Forward and back control elevator, left and right control ailerons. Press 'space bar' to center the flight controls.) To Pause the program press "P".
